| The Estate House of Nossa Senhora das Graças is located on the north coast of São Miguel island, overlooking the village, and since 1920 it has played a principal role in the activity growth of the community of Lomba da Maia, through the manufactory production of tea, honey, potatoes, maize, milk and butter at this estate.
Even today, whoever visits the estate becomes enchanted with the diversity of offers possible in which to participate, from giving a helping hand on the daily agriculture and dairy activities, to the pleasure of enjoying a bicycle ride or a walk tour through the delightful surrounding mixture of paths, meadows and woods.
The exploration of Agro-Tourism here also offers the facilities of a studio of pottery and weaving trade, as well as other activities such as tennis, gymnasium, ping-pong, creek fishing nearby and swimming in the sea.
